What do you like best about the product?
Low code automation tools are very helpful to achieve a lot with relatively less efforts. I love flow builder.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is'nt any downside. I'm still exploring the capabilities of it so haven't come across the limitations or dislikes yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are moving away from legacy system to salesforce and this will help us to operate and communicate with other systems in a better way

Sales Cloud is very easy to use and simplifies tasks for sales teams. It helps save time by automating some of the more routine work and gives useful insights that help improve customer relationships. Overall, it makes the sales process smoother and more efficient.

One potential disadvantage of Sales Cloud is that it can take time and effort to customize the platform to fit specific business needs, especially for smaller teams with limited technical resources.

There seem to be minimal limitations to the customization possible for sales users.

Flexibility and visualization tools are nice

Reporting on more than 3 levels of data is frustrating.

It is the language of the tech world. It can talk and communicate with everything out there that you need to do all your business processes and meet all of your data needs.

What's to dislike? The automations are top notch and the data processes is amazing. The reports could use some love.
