Sales Cloud is a must for sellers
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setting up and onboarding sellers to get started on Opportunities and closing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
More OOTB features can be provided and the cost of using Sales Cloud could be lower.

Salesforce Maps help you sell to and serve customers better, optimize schedules and routes for in-person and virtual visits, and find new business.

The UI can be more user friendly. It looks very pretty but it can add more user friendly access and shortcuts

Scheduling and planning
It is a necessary evolution to streamline the integration of referential integrity and data exploitation.
What do you like best about the product?
That in the company we are already making progress in this area and I hope that by next year we can start using it!!!

Prices are often a major topic in the investment decision the company is seeking, and the existing alliance with Microsoft is a priority, so other tools are discarded.

There is a lack of trained personnel and expense control in the company.

We have been using sfdc sales for SSOT on the sales forecasting module that helped us save 1 million on Clari tool procurement.

Data cloud incremental approach where its not completely able to operate on formulas fields for cross object reference

It's solved us implementation on sales forecasting that helped us save 1 million In Clari licensing
