Praise for Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many features, and they continue to grow and mature. Salesforce has really honed into the needs of the Sales Team from Leads and Prospecting to continued growth of an established customer relationship. And it's so easy to use and implement!
What do you dislike about the product?
As Salesforce continues to expand Sales Cloud offerings, additional purchases must be made to access the latest features. It's understandable however overcoming the cost barrier is challenging with leadership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing new and established customer relationships is key for us. Both Accounts as well as Contacts. Our Sales Reps track sales activities in Salesforce and leadership works with the Reps based on summarized data/records in dashboards views. We integreat with a marketing tool using that in tandem with Salesforce Sales Cloud for communications as well.

Customer 360, comprehensive view of household, relationship
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendar view if it needs to be integrated with other calendars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM and the features around lead deduplication, lead routing, relationship management eases a lot of client's challenges

What do you like best about the product?
Salescloud allows us to take custom workflows and make them our own in Salesforce. There is no barrier to what our workflow can or can't do because of the flexibility that sales cloud offers we are able to be dynamic in our business and offer simple day to day insights to get the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It is very flexible and easy to manage with the right mindset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to do outbound calling and basic lead generation. Over all helps with product sales cycle.

It comes prebuilt with a lot of sales features and customizations are fast to market.

Not much it pretty much has all generic sales related feature

What do you like best about the product?
We use sales cloud as part of our financial services cloud license. We wouldn't be able to run our business without it. It not only keeps track of our sales for the organization but because of easy reporting, also allows us to incentivize our sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
User adoption can be challenge if changes come too quickly for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better view to our organization pipeline.
