What do you like best about the product?
Convenience of all my information in once area that is customizable for how my business runs

Doesn't necessarily work for leads that are serviced from a 3rd party and contact is with that 3rd party and not the customer

Nothing! There are so many customization options that it's easy for an Administrator to tailor Sales Cloud to align with the business.

Not all Sales processes and cycles are the same. I love that Salesforce Sales Cloud knows this and takes this into consideration, making it so easy to customize for your process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it is so difficult to get sales reps to actually try and use it. Once they do, they love it. It's the initial hurdle of getting them to try that's difficult.

Helping to provide visibility into where sales are in the process and what may be in danger.
