Decreasing time to patient onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to take leads that we know almost nothing about and using data from within, and external to salesforce augment our lead information in an automated way, reducing the amount of time that our front line agents need to spend on the phone with patients.

Not much at this time. We only just recently implemented

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is an amazing app. Even though we have CPQ and revenue cloud. Still Sales cloud can do a lot more things OOB. Which helps our business processescand sales cycles.

A lot of lag time while opening up documents

It is letting us keep all our customer data intact and opportunity forcasting.
