Best tool for Sales reps
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to configure for our sales users so that they can work productively and efficiently
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it'slre just how hesitant our end users are to changes more than sales cloud itself

It stops our users from dumping their data in insecure excels

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is a dynamic and powerful tool for companies of all sizes. I could not imagine working without it! The continuous product enhancements allow my team to scale for growth with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is room for improvement in some of the trend reporting that is available without additional licensing.

Tracking pipeline and customer data.
Amazing Customizabilty
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most significant advantages of Sales Cloud is its high level of customizability. As an admin, I appreciate how easy it is to tailor the platform to meet the unique needs of my organization. From creating custom objects, fields, and page layouts to building complex automations with Process Builder or Flows, the flexibility it offers is unmatched. Whether the business needs complex forecasting models, pipeline management, or unique sales processes, I can easily configure Salesforce to handle it.
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge I’ve faced is user adoption. While Salesforce Sales Cloud is intuitive, the sheer number of features can be overwhelming for new users. However, Salesforce’s in-app guidance and training resources, such as Trailhead, have made onboarding easier. As an admin, I’ve spent considerable time customizing layouts, automating tasks, and creating user-friendly interfaces to improve adoption rates across teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud’s integration capabilities are another strength. It integrates seamlessly with other Salesforce Clouds (such as Service or Marketing) as well as third-party apps through AppExchange or custom APIs. We’ve integrated our Sales Cloud instance with tools like Slack, Zoom, and DocuSign, creating a smooth flow of information across all platforms. This has significantly improved our sales team’s collaboration and productivity.

Lack of copilot for Sales UE. I wish there were more AI tools available.

The most helpful thing about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how effortlessly it brings all your customer data and sales processes into one place, making it so much easier to manage leads, close deals, and boost productivity.

The least helpful thing about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it can get pretty overwhelming with all the features, especially for smaller teams who might not need all the bells and whistles.
