What do you like best about the product?
Declarative feature that allows configuration and customization without code. You can learn to be an administrator if you have no IT background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of additional feature can be high. Maintenance and keeping up with changes can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing and identifying key customers and opportunities. Though there are many features our company has not deployed yet, so there is a lot of untapped potential.

Salesforce Sales Cloud offers an extensive ecosystem of partners and integrations, enabling our company to consolidate customer and process data into a single source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
While powerful, Sales Cloud is complex and somewhat expensive, even with a non-profit discount. The learning curve is steep for implementation, but once set up, daily use becomes intuitive.

Salesforce Sales Cloud consolidates data from various channels into a single platform, providing a unified view of customer interactions and streamlining our sales processes. This improves decision-making and efficiency across teams.
