What do you like best about the product?
It is a very useful tool for all low code no code solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of customization needed in case the low code no code is not suffice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves all the problems like reporting

What I like best is it's ability to provide multiple views of the pipeline and allow for leadership to produce high level forecast adjustments

We could really use the ability for managers to align with deal level adjustments from the pipeline and forecast view

Salesforce cloud meets the needs of our Sales team, allowing them to enter in customer visits on a mobile app that requires little to no training. We have customer data at our fingertips.

The simplicity and UI sellers are very comfortable using it .
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the product related to AI we need to pay extra . It would be great to have few free AI features .

Sales cloud is automated sales process which is huge cost and time saving if sellers manually do it .
