Excellent
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and it allows to cloes the deal really fast. Creation of Quote to Contract is excellent
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead conversion creates duplicate accounts sometimes if accounts on lead are written with wrong names.

Interaction of sales representatives to clients is super smooth with sales cloud

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is a dynamic product that is continually innovating. This has been pivotal not only to my career but the companies I have work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel restrictive at times. Some features that seem like they should be innate are not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compensation tracking and revenue recognition. These two have been a great help reducing employee time resources.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce bread and butter has always been Sales Cloud... stay true to the core, baby! SFA all day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Forecasting needs (more) work. Not customizable enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opportunity management is a must! We also do a lot of account attribution and assignment natively in Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track the sales process through the SalesForce Sales Cloud is unmatched. Showing the communication, events, and marketing that tie to the opportunity show what is working and what we may need to revisit from a plan perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I would change as SalesForce has so many other platforms that integrate into sales cloud, that any gaps are essentially filled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking ROI and productivity are issues most companies have but this helps improve the monitoring of your sales team and resources.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has an easy to follow flow of leads into contacts and accounts. With the roll out of agents and Einstein this superpowers sales workflows.

Sales cloud is not the cheapest product out there.

Sales cloud presents and end to end solution for our Sales reps to manage their day to day process flows.
