One stop Business Manager - To Handle all the requirement of the Website
What do you like best about the product?
1. Once you are aware of the Business Manager, Then it is super easy to use the BM for all the changes you need to do on the site. The BM is easy to understand which helps in integrating your website with ease. Also, Error logs help in integrating the Business with the BM, as when developer is integrating, it helps to find where/what the issue is.
2. Implementation is easy as they have provided pre defined codes which helps developer during site configuration.
3. Maximum number of customization option is provided in the BM. for ex, Custom Preference, Jobs, Products, Orders, Categories, Localization preference, Content asset, Content slot and payment providers, etc.
4. Security is top notch, multi level verification makes the BM most safe and keeps your data from being exposed.
5. Access to the various options in the BM is handy, which translates to frequent use of the BM to go through orders, updating product details/pricing and also updating the content asset/slot.
6. Customer support is very helpful as they are easily reachable and respond in minimum waiting period.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. The Business Manager is very slow, the Development/QA sandbox is super slow which impacts total Development/QA task timeline.
2. Some options in the BM are unnecessary as this much level of customization isn't required for most of the website. The user should be given the power to hide/display the options as per the website requirement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One stop solution - I don't need to go to multiple apps to complete the task. I can make changes as per my requirement in the single BM only. For example (Headless), i don't need to go to the Contentstack to handle the page content, i dont need to go to the Bloomreach for emails and promotions, i don't need to go to the Bigcommerce BM to handle orders and products, etc. Saleforce is best - all type of solution under single BM.

Everything is available in one place if you can figure out how to navigate.

The general UI is not great. Navigation can be made better.

Data handling.
Salesforce Maps is great for field teams but not worth it for remote or office-only groups.

What I like most about Salesforce Maps is its ability to visualize customer data on a map and optimize routes, saving time and improving efficiency for field teams. It makes managing territories and tracking visits super easy and integrated right inside Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Salesforce Maps is that it requires a separate paid license, which can be costly for small teams, and it can be complex to set up and customize without some technical knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Maps solves route inefficiencies, poor territory management, and lack of location visibility. It benefits users by optimizing routes, balancing workloads, tracking visits easily, and integrating smoothly with Salesforce.
Easy to Implement

Salesforce maps are easy to understand and easy to use from Salesforce directly. They are directly shown in the saved address in Salesforce fields

To use Salesforce maps need to purchase additional licences

Using Salesforce Maps first it is easy to understand and not very complex and used for search intelligence in salesforce. also directly shows in salesforce fields where we mapped it.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how everything is in one place. I can see all my leads, deals, and follow-ups without digging through emails or spreadsheets. The reminders and automation help a lot, I don’t have to worry about forgetting to follow up with someone, which used to happen all the time.
It’s especially helpful when working with a bigger team because everyone can see where each deal stands. The custom dashboards make it easy to track my own progress and see how the team’s doing overall. It really helps us stay focused and hit our numbers.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t love is that it can be a bit much at first. There are so many features that it takes time to get used to everything, and sometimes I need help from our admin to tweak things. But once you’re familiar with it, it’s honestly super powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Salesforce, everything was scattered, Excel sheets, random notes, emails everywhere. Now, I have a centralized space where I can track leads, follow-ups, pipeline stages, and performance. It’s helping our team stay consistent, hit quotas faster, and avoid deals falling through the cracks. The automation of tasks has saved a ton of manual time and lets us focus more on actually selling instead of organizing.

Repeatedly making same comments when updating sales activities

It does not update correctly. There are some glitches, often.

They offer also also integrations with third-party service providers, however, the integrations are not really easy and user-friendly while in development stage.

Our company receives many Inquiry emails about the product that we offer.
Salesforce cloud really helps us track all these mails and also score these lead based on a pre-parameter to really pick the qualified leads.
It also allows us to very easily change the parameters used for qualification such as clarity, scope, type of requirements expected ROI.
