What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how Agentforce Sales centralizes all customer and opportunity data in one place and layers on strong automation and AI-driven insights, so reps spend far less time on manual admin and can focus on actually selling.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most is that Agentforce Sales is quite complex and has a steep learning curve, so you often need trained admins just to configure and maintain it, and costs can climb quickly as you add users, features, and required add-ons like Data Cloud. The UI and configuration options can feel overwhelming for new users, and getting real value sometimes takes more time and expertise than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales is helping us solve fragmented sales data, limited pipeline visibility, and too much manual admin work in our sales process. By centralizing all our lead, account, and opportunity information and automating routine tasks and follow-ups, it gives us a 360° view of the sales cycle, improves forecasting, and lets reps spend more time selling instead of updating spreadsheets and chasing information.
Powerful Lead and Pipeline Management for Better Forecasting
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the most important part of using Salesforce Sales Cloud is its lead and pipeline management tools, because they help my team and me forecast appropriately.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I was first getting to know the tool, I found it a bit difficult to get into the flow of using it. Until I fully understood what was going on, it felt like more work than it was worth. It’s also quite a costly tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing for us, as a small company, is keeping everything organized. It’s critical that everyone across the company can see the same pipeline and leads, so nothing overlaps and we can all collaborate on the same work. Having a live CRM where everything stays up to date is key.

I like using Agentforce Sales to access my opportunities and maintain task hygiene efficiently. It helps me manage my data and deadlines well, with each name, email, and title all in one place, offering ease of access. I appreciate its capabilities to make reports and CSV sheets efficiently. I also find the interface good, with many options and features that make it very informative.
What do you dislike about the product?
The graphs and stats could be better. The theme can also be worked on.

If there's a strong need for handling complex processes and details, this system is definitely the one to use, provided you have knowledge, experience, and a qualified admin to make it work well.

Mostly it is related to personal permissions and not to the product capabilities. Nothing that can be fixed in the product.

What stands out most is that it's not just a CRM - it's a small sales platform that combines automation, AI, and deep customization to genuinely improve how sales teams work. These aspects turn Agentforce Sales into more than just a CRM, it becomes a proactive, intelligent sales system that improves efficiency, decision-making, and scalability. I find Agentforce Sales to be invaluable as it serves as the central hub integrated with CPQ, communication analytics, and integration tools, creating a fully connected sales ecosystem. Transitioning from a fragmented, manual system to Agentforce Sales significantly improved efficiency, visibility, and scalability. Despite the manageable initial setup, unlocking the full power of Agentforce Sales requires proper planning, technical knowledge, and a structured implementation approach. The platform played a key role in helping us streamline sales processes and scale efficiently as the business grew. I would rate Agentforce Sales a 9 out of 10, and I would definitely recommend it to teams serious about scaling their sales operations, especially if they can invest in proper implementation and optimization.

The main drawbacks are complexity, cost, and occasional performance or usability challenges, especially in highly customized environments.

Boosted Lead Management with Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the features of Agentforce Sales, especially around lead management and lead conversion. These features are very good, and I appreciate how well it integrates with other tools we need, like HubSpot, which we currently use in our project. That integration is a strong point, and we're very happy about it. Also, the opportunity management feature gives us a very comprehensive view of the different opportunities coming into the system from various channels and helps us realize or forecast revenue from those opportunities. Additionally, the documentation provided was very good, making the initial setup straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing we felt that could definitely improve is the opportunity schedules. Currently, we don't get schedules generated until very late in the sales process. It would be good if they could be brought out earlier.

Agentforce Sales gives me a great view of the pipeline, helps with forecasting, and efficiently manages lead conversion. It's effective in nurturing leads within the system.

I appreciate how Agentforce Sales helps me manage Echo Properties Company healthily by reporting and tracking sales. It helps bond the marketing team and maintain a close relationship with clients, guiding them throughout the sales process. I like how it keeps me, the sales team, and clients connected and bonded. Additionally, I find the integration with ChatGPT to work well.
