I love the easy way to configurate, learn and implement all the process of a companie, the facility of integrate with almost everything, the easy way to handle the upgrated of the system and new features and the organic way to pass learning to the final users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The path for final users on trailhead on Spanish, probably is a good idea to have more uses case on Spanish.

A general visualization of all process around a media sales, controlling the pre and post sales and keep all information on a single register.
