What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the centrality of customer information in Salesforce, which has facilitated the use of data instead of dispersing it across legacy systems. The customizable layout according to operational needs and the timeline are aspects that I find quite interesting. Additionally, the platform offers a gamified way of continuous learning that keeps the team engaged and always challenged to learn more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand that Salesforce's pricing is still a bit expensive, which makes the tool difficult to use for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to centralize customer information, eliminating legacy systems and ensuring constant updates, which engages my team in a gamified way for continuous learning.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer experience filling out forms and integrating the a financial CORE used for AMLO protection
What do you dislike about the product?
Professional Licensees only allows 5 objects and no integrations

Customer experience shifting from Excel to Omnistudio perfect!!!

Sales console. Having tabs within tabs to all different records is very helpful

Can be slow if you have too many tabs and don’t close them out

What do you like best about the product?
It's great that I can use most standard objects and out of the box functionality to mimic my company's sales lifecycle
What do you dislike about the product?
I do with we could utilize more app exchange apps. Some do not work with a sales cloud only model

Tracking a students lifecycle from Lead to enrolled using out of the box sales process and lead-opp conversion

We are just start on the journey but it is very help to see customer accounts in one place including all activities and integrations with outlook. So sales team can find the needed information quickly.

Not yet, but hoping more integration with data cloud.
