What do you like best about the product?
The Einstein AI capabilities in Sales Cloud have been a game-changer for our team. The predictive lead scoring helps us focus on the most promising prospects, while the automated activity capture saves us hours of manual data entry. It's like having a digital assistant that makes our entire sales team more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud can be inconsistent across our international offices. Managing user permissions and data sharing rules across our numerous departments and global divisions can be a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the right data available at the right time to better quote the customer.

Sales Cloud offers a great way for Team to collaborate on deals and see a solid history of Opportunity details to continue the process

Not really a product issue, but you have to have accurate and complete data for reporting to be truly valuable. Many companies struggle with this

A single customer engagement platform for my field reps and and a management tool to to help us drive our business.

Nothing. Love the innovation and flexibility

Tracking for compliance customer engagement, but beyond that to impact that business and drive customer behavior to adopt a product appropriately.
