What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to customize forecasting, support sales processes and create custom reports and dashboards for individual reps to executive level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there is so much that can be done it is tough to know where to start and how not to get overwhelmed especially when an org has existed in it for so long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all engagement from lead > account > opportunity and a place to keep all relevant records.

It's inbuild capability to model any business sales process, workflow, reporting, tracking inventory orders

Still need some custom code.
Still have Salesforce limitations

It houses data, metadata about all sales journey and interactions with customers that's helps getting insights of customers behavior.
