What do you like best about the product?
It's an all in 1 platform that allows you to do everything you need without having to use several other apps or services.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't get marketing metrics when you send list emails out to contacts in campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has allowed us to harmonize our processes in one place, globally!! Salesforce has been a great partner in making sure we are successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting user adoption but that is a change management issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud unifies our customer data for all end users. It's one source of truth and allows for seamless integration with other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive so you have to be conscious of users and what you want to accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has completely eliminated any manual documentation. All of our data is now structured and available to use for reporting or setting the foundation for AI use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a single of truth for the Sales organization. The product schedule feature is a great to recognize revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quote template customization options out of the box and tax feature not being out of the box is a major drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This acts as a single source of truth for the organization ans drives the buisness.

Sales Cloud is extremely helpful in keeping track of your customers and ensuring you have the full picture of their history with you!

There can sometimes be a lot of clicks when navigating to all the different objects and records

It's allowing us to see a history of our customers in one spot!
