We are launching a pilot team into Sales Cloud and it's amazing to hear the feedback in usability testing about how easy the overall experience was for them to navigate through their day to day tasks

Doesn't have the level of reporting options out of the box

Central repository of all sales and client data
Easy to use and very userfriendly

That it is so easy to use and that helps u's getting very efficient and optimizing our sales revenue

Not really anything bad to say about it!

The most used is the sales process. We have multiple businesses and each has its own different process. We are able to implement those easily.

Still need to find one negative one. Have for platform but not specific to sales.

Sales sales keep track my customers, I can't remember what I had for breakfast alone all the conversations I've had with all my customers

A little bit of set up, but you can get training from Trailhead

Keep track of all of our customers as a challenge, but Salesforce makes it easy and the reporting is awesome!
