It is the best platform for any sales company

It is expensive. There should be a cheaper option for it.

It is accurate and user friendly, I have had zero issues so far with it

Nothing so far. An inaccurate map is pointless so all has been well in my book

I like Salesforce Sales Cloud platform because is designed specifically for sales teams and to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. It helps my team improve sales processes, drive productivity, and grow revenue.

I don't have any dislikes for Salesforce Service Cloud

With our other clouds, sales cloud integrates seamlessly to make our lives easier.
Lots of functionality
What do you like best about the product?
It enhances productivity and the sales processes. I like the automation that can be built using new Ai powered tools. It's also highly customizable so you can build it to what the business needs
What do you dislike about the product?
While there is plenty of training to learn Sales Cloud it is difficult for a new person to come in and setup and navigate.
