They are amazing. They understand our requirements, process them and deliver them. They provide one platform for all the businesses

The pricing is bit expensive. The tool doesn't provide ROI for internal development

Opportunity and campaigns are so easily adaptable to any industry. Being in higher education, we are able to leverage the existing power of using the standard opportunity object to track students through the recruitment and enrollment funnel so students are getting the right communication and engagement at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I dislike anything, just like any cloud its about how you use and configure it. We have been able to leverage this cloud for our use cases.
