Sales Cloud Makes Sense (and Cents!) for Nonprofits Too

What do you like best about the product?
Many nonprofits have revenue streams that fit better with a sales model over a donation or fundraising model. Being able to use Sales Cloud alongside Nonprofit Cloud gives them a comprehensive picture of their revenue streams. It just makes sense to use it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be hard for first timers in tech, but there are lots of resources and community support to help.

What do you like best about the product?
The top 3 benefits of Sales Cloud are:

- Automation: being able to automate manual processes so you can focus on the customer

- Integration: the ability to integrate with many of the Sales tools, but specifically tools that manage your Leads

- Customize/Scalable: possibly the most important is being able to make this fit to your needs and the growth of your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Here are some growing pains with Salesforce Sales Cloud:

- Customization can come across as a blessing and a painpoint. As you start to custom build your own space, it easy to make things even more complicated for your Sales team. So finding a balance between innovating and being simple/convinient
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned in the top 3 benefits, Sales Cloud is enabling us to:

- Integrate with third party tools, in the case of Leads this keeps the data up to date and clean to make sure we are reaching the right people with the right information

- Allows us to customize this space to keep up with a rapidly growing company.

Automating Sales processes has really helped keep our sales team moving in the right direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues with Sales Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We found that our Sales team was spending too much time with priccesses that didn't lead to conversions. Utilizing Sales Cloud has helped us focus our time on leads and clients.
