Many nonprofits have revenue streams that fit better with a sales model over a donation or fundraising model. Being able to use Sales Cloud alongside Nonprofit Cloud gives them a comprehensive picture of their revenue streams. It just makes sense to use it!

The learning curve can be hard for first timers in tech, but there are lots of resources and community support to help.

- Customization can come across as a blessing and a painpoint. As you start to custom build your own space, it easy to make things even more complicated for your Sales team. So finding a balance between innovating and being simple/convinient

- Integrate with third party tools, in the case of Leads this keeps the data up to date and clean to make sure we are reaching the right people with the right information
- Allows us to customize this space to keep up with a rapidly growing company.
