Sales Cloud is the best, sales management and activity management with a 360-degree customer view are excellent. Good.

If you can endure the annoyance and inconvenience from a salesperson's perspective, you can achieve the best results with this solution.

The downfall of the sales cloud is when very complicated processes are presented, such as bulkifying setup, custom development is required but slows the performance of the system.
