What do you like best about the product?
It's do easy to manage our revenue pipeline with Sales Cloud
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a lot of time to load the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is helping us manage our all customer data in one place and acts like a one stop shop.

Powerful and complete platform. Critical to our business and with the AI tools coming in, it's getting more and more valuable all the time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anybody who is looking to level up their sales tech stack

It is so fast in implementation we can create multiple asks from business in no time with point and clicks, loves latest forecasting

Nothing everything is good, classic email templates should be stopped :)

Ease of use and Opportunity tracking. I've used Sales cloud for many years and it has increased productivity and rwvenue

The cost. As with any top of the line software, Sales Cloud is quite expensive

Sales Cloud is allowing out Sales Managers to see into the pipeline and understand wher we are successful
