What do you like best about the product?
It's customization is a major appeal for our organization. While we are a nonprofit, we largely use Salesforce to examine peoject/site energy performance data in various ways. Dashboards, reports, and unique apps help associates in our different programs see the data presented and analyzed in the ways they need
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing can be confusing, especially determining the differences between each license type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a platform for us to house data across multiple programs, shared sites/records that present data differently depending on unique needs, and reporting to track how our business is performing/impact.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking pipelines vs revenue is key. I can do this easily with reports and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the forcasting part was more customizable.

We are able to look at sales year over year.

Amazing functionality for geolocation!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to overlay Salesforce and non-Salesforce data and then use it for Sales, marketing or even analytics is amazingly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a few too many very precise steps to get the intended result. UX can use an upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many. Event planning, strategic sales. Customer visits.

Pulling reports can be challenging because of bad tagging and multi product deals

Praise for Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many features, and they continue to grow and mature. Salesforce has really honed into the needs of the Sales Team from Leads and Prospecting to continued growth of an established customer relationship. And it's so easy to use and implement!
What do you dislike about the product?
As Salesforce continues to expand Sales Cloud offerings, additional purchases must be made to access the latest features. It's understandable however overcoming the cost barrier is challenging with leadership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing new and established customer relationships is key for us. Both Accounts as well as Contacts. Our Sales Reps track sales activities in Salesforce and leadership works with the Reps based on summarized data/records in dashboards views. We integreat with a marketing tool using that in tandem with Salesforce Sales Cloud for communications as well.

Calendar view if it needs to be integrated with other calendars.

CRM and the features around lead deduplication, lead routing, relationship management eases a lot of client's challenges
Salescloud Accelerates our Insurance practice to the next level.
What do you like best about the product?
Salescloud allows us to take custom workflows and make them our own in Salesforce. There is no barrier to what our workflow can or can't do because of the flexibility that sales cloud offers we are able to be dynamic in our business and offer simple day to day insights to get the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It is very flexible and easy to manage with the right mindset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to do outbound calling and basic lead generation. Over all helps with product sales cycle.

It comes prebuilt with a lot of sales features and customizations are fast to market.

Not much it pretty much has all generic sales related feature
