Takes a lot of in depth knowledge to set it up effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud enabled you to have all of you sales funnel available for the Sales teams to collaborate on.
The addition of AI is a game chamber as it helps nurture leads for you using Agent SDR and even have your own personal coach with Sales Coach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales forecasting us a little complex to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps us have a complete view of all our opportunities, and helps us make decisions about where to put the effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud gives us everything we need to effectively manage the lead to cash process. The flexibility and ease of use makes for an elegant experience for all of our teams. I don't know how else we could operate without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the wrong hands salesforce can be quickly become extremely customized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce gives us clear, accurate visibility to all our prospects and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce continues to pump improvement into the sales application, all the while it's built on top of the most robust platform to customize any which way you need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
How do I put this delicately.. Sales people are extremely creative and manipulating a process to work for their own ends... It would be great to have more tools to easily put bumpers around our sales process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our one place for all new business opportunities and that allows us to know where we've been, where we are, and where we are going.
