The ability to easily setup and manage opportunities accounts and clients

I love how Sales Cloud is fully integrated into our systems and can interact with all of our tools and software.

No dislikes at the moment but maybe a cheaper plan would be ideal.

Our org encounters slow access / loading in the pages. Both for desktop and mobile app

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about using Sales Cloud is the ease in which I can create flows for myself and my team that allow us to keep up with all our opportunities so that we don't let them go unnoticed or become too cold.

I wish I could query leads a bit easier but I'm hoping Agents can help me do that soon.

Ability to batch update owners and assigned accounts to objects in an easy, regional/graphical interface

Occasionally very slow to load -- even plotting <100 objects.

Allows us to plot cases on a map and route work easily
