What do you like best about the product?
Standard data model is useful for sales teams from startup to enterprise. Highly configurable and customizable. Ability to build screenflows to further guide users in the interface. Integrations to other tools for sales engagement, dialers, enrichment and routing help streamline productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to report on leads and contacts in the same reports without having to use campaigns with campainn members report or using joined reports

What I like best is it's ability to provide multiple views of the pipeline and allow for leadership to produce high level forecast adjustments

We could really use the ability for managers to align with deal level adjustments from the pipeline and forecast view
