Versatile and flexible can be used for jus about any business case
What do you like best about the product?
It is so highly customizable. We started using SalesCloud to manage our sales process but as a telemedicine company we found so many other ways we could customize and leverage the platform we have now brought in all our credentialing and licensing functions and other operational areas. We are a highly customized business but have been able to leverage the flexibility to build out what we need exactly for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a smaller business getting started can be a bit overwhelming. Salesforce does offer lots of education and support but took us time to build up the skills in our team and not have to rely on a partner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving streamlining our sales processes but so much more. Has helped us get out of business silos and having both sales and operations working in the same system it gives so much more visibility.
So many possibilities!
What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to easily identify new leads and push them through the sales funnel

It can always be easier to use. And I wish my team would adopt it quicker

It's enabling us to identify more leads and keep better track of our opportunities

Out of the box features are extremely easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like Einstein activity capture and how the data is not stored in SF so reporting is horrendous.

It's flexible for every business and easy for anyone to learn. You don't need an IT degree to innovate and customize for your team
