What do you like best about the product?
We are in our one year anniversary since we managed to roll our whole company on sales Cloud. There are for sure plenty of great features and also few gaps we experienced on our way.

What do you dislike about the product?
We see a lot of challenges due to the currency on every object. Where we need to find workarounds as we are multi currency company. So linking campaigns with different currencies is impossible.

Quite good and quick sales planning via opportunity management.

We use it mainly for the forecast and reports

What do you like best about the product?
When using salesforce maps for territory planning, we are able to easily break down existing business and cut by state, county or zip code within minutes for a big picture look at what we are trying to accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
My sales team is not the most tech savvy. We use a mileage reimbursement software on top of salesforce maps and would love to have a one stop solution.
