It's been superhelpful with splitting territories evenly.

It doesn't route correctly. Sometimes it skips around

Splitting territories evenly. It's been amazing with making sure territories are split nicely between reps.

Salesforce is extremely customizable. It can be customized to meet any need you can think of. It is THE tool for Enterprise organizations, but can meet the needs of any organization and can be customized to grow as your business grows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's so customizable this could require a lot of work and planning to setup and maintain. As businesses grow and scale, things become increasingly complex, which means changes have to be thought through and planned out more carefully. This is the tool for enterprise organizations, but you'll need a whole team to manage it. Consider this when considering the cost.
