Flexible platform that can be used for endless applications
What do you like best about the product?
How flexible it is! I've been implementing Salesforce for 14 years with 50+ clients and it can be customized for endless number of use cases.

Not applicable. Only thing I may say is price

Most helpful is pipeline and forecasting. It's a great tool for our project managers all the way up to C-suite.
