Sales Cloud helps my company keep track of sales and pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud allows my company to leverage the data collected by our sales people so that we can analyze trends and identify potential sales opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
My users would like to see some more options for compact layouts that load faster.

We use sales cloud to get data out of spreadsheets and into a collaborative shared cloud environment

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about maps is how visial and user friendly the application is. Plotting and layers assist you in reviewing territories.

With any application, there are always more bells and whistles with what initially comes with it and what else you can purchase.

The best thing about Salesforce Maps is the easy integration with the existing data. We're using Salesforce Maps for our Field Service team and we can see realtime location of our technicians.

I like the layers that I can use in Salesforce Maps, but I would like them to be more customizable and integrated.

We're using Salesforce Maps to track our technicians and plan their routes.

What do you like best about the product?
Onenpame of glass for ally accounts, opportunity and leads. It helps me know when to follow up and keep deals moving forward. Calendar and email integration help take things to the next level for productivity. I can't wait to turn on Agents for Sales and slack!

It can be complex to set up but worth the investment
