Salesforce Sales Cloud Meets Business Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is incredibly customizable and rock launches productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be time consuming to customize and make changes to existing configurations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Salescloud is the backbone of our sales processes among other custom builds.
From basic lead management to full sales pipelines
What do you like best about the product?
We started with very basic lead management and have grow our use to encompass our full sales pipeline, customer success and customer support!
What do you dislike about the product?
When we started I was the accidental admin, I was forced to learn the platform which turned out to be one of the best skills of my career
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us track our sales pipeline from lead gen to closed opportunities
Sales Cloud Keeps Things Together
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing is that Sales Cloud is that it centralizes our information. We sell as a team so keeping everything together is really important for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that OOTB there are a lot of manual steps, but I'm setting up automation to help with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly helping us follow up on sales. Our sales cycles can be months long, so tracking ongoing engagement with our customers is needed!
Great for Sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is a great CRM for sales teams. It’s packed with features like lead and opportunity management, sales forecasting, and automation. You get a full view of customer interactions, which helps keep track of relationships and streamline sales processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Sales Cloud is its complexity. The extensive range of features and customization options can make the system difficult to set up and navigate, especially for smaller teams or businesses without dedicated IT resources. This complexity can lead to a steep learning curve and potentially require significant time and effort to fully leverage the platform’s capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me a full view of all oir interactions and history with customers, which helps us build better relationships and personalize our approach, leading to more engaged and loyal customers.

We have a complex customer structure with lots of data & sales cloud helps give the flexibility to organize it as needed for sales & CM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow development cycle/long waits on some smaller but often requested features--understanding there are updates on many areas
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Central space for sales and company data--makes reporting and summarization possible. Front facing user friendly tool to help show information/data processed in back end systems.

Not currently integrated with partner crm.

Better visibility and transparency across different BUs

It provides tools for tracking leads from initial contact through to conversion, making it easier to manage the entire sales funnel.

It native reporting is lacking. In order for you to get a bigger picture of your entire sales funnel you need a BI tool on top of it

For growing businesses, Sales Cloud scales easily, handling large volumes of customers, deals, and data without compromising performance.
