I like the fact that I can Crete an organised path for leads and opportunities using stages and status

We moved from a legacy fully custom Crm to Salesforce, with our sales guys being totally happy with the new system.

Standard reports are not enough, you need to get some training in order to be able

It is helping us moving away from an obsolete technology, providing a state of the art solution, scalable, constantly updated.

It streamlines our sales cycle process and I like t's pipeline and forecasting capabilities along with integration with other tools in the SFDC ecosystem.

Need to have predictive capabilities OOTB without the need to by additional Einstein AI license

License fees can be quite high- recommend fully utilizing all the features Salesforce has to offer when you buy licenses

Intuitive and easily customizable
What do you like best about the product?
As an admin with no previous CRM experience, I'm able to customize our org with no code knowledge. Also, integrating other systémy i Salesforce is question of just a couple of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some basic functionalities listed on the idea exchange that are suprisingly missing in the Sales Cloud. These gaps have to be overarched even by flows or other custom development.

Keeps all our sales data under one roof. User adoption is quite quick and intuitive.
