Some of the customizations could be better. For example , tab couldn't be controlled by apex.

Love the way I can customize everything and it's really user friendly.

The way the permissions are created is a lot confusing but better to have more ways to customize permissions than less.

It helps to have a central location for all the information for accounts and being able to relate to different contacts to multiple groups.

Everything is easy to understand. Even if you are not an expert.

Sometimes it can be a bit slow, some apps take a while to load.
