Management report and dashboard to track the opportunities, easy to change the criteria and configure as per business needs.

Nothing to dislike about it. It meets Al the requirements

Maps is a great product to determine where Accounts that we need to penetrate are located.

Salesforce Cloud helps solve business challenges such as inefficient customer relationship management (CRM), sales pipeline tracking, poor customer service, and lack of data-driven decision-making. It streamlines processes, improves customer engagement, and provides valuable insights through real-time analytics, helping businesses grow and operate more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Cloud provides a centralized view of customer data, making it easier to track interactions, personalize engagements, and improve the overall customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users find Salesforce’s interface to be less intuitive, especially with certain legacy modules. Although it has been improved with the Lightning UI, there’s still room for more streamlined navigation and design.

Having all of your pipeline information in one place, along with the upcoming abilities to add Agentforce will be a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting users into the tool after never using it can be challenging because there are so many options. Training and change management is always key to adoption, as with any tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a single place to review and track all customers. No need to go to multiple tools. Insights that can be gathered for customers is robust and at my fingertips.

Nothing to note outside of what is being addressed already in updates, constant opportunity to get more seamless
