Best sales cloud application
What do you like best about the product?
You have everything pretty much what you need for sales ootb.
What do you dislike about the product?
To complete end to end transactions you need to add multiple add on on top of the application. Example billing management.

No manual excel work.

When I first started I disliked the multiple tools used to create automation. Now all replaced with flows

If you cannot utilize the standard structure of the new sales cloud, you will have to configure most of the objects directly.
