What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how it gives you everything you need to manage the sales process in one place. It’s great because it provides a full view of your customers, helping you understand their needs and interactions better. Plus, the automation tools save tons of time by handling repetitive tasks, so you can focus more on selling rather than admin work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, i think its the perfect tool to sales people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has solved a lot of headaches for me. For one, it’s fixed the issue of scattered customer data. Everything is now in one place, which makes it so much easier to keep track of leads and deals without jumping between different tools.
It’s also really helped with automating all those repetitive tasks like data entry or lead follow-up. I can focus more on selling rather than wasting time on manual stuff.
Another big benefit is the visibility it provides. With real-time reports and dashboards, I can easily see how my pipeline looks and where I need to focus. It helps with forecasting too.
Collaboration has improved as well. My team and I can easily share updates and communicate directly in the platform, which keeps everyone on the same page.
Lastly, as the business grows, Sales Cloud scales with it, so I don’t have to worry about outgrowing the system. Overall, it’s streamlined my workflow and made the sales process a lot smoother.

The sales cloud has really enabled us perform all transactions with Account Centric approach resulting in a much cleaner data

Sales Cloud allows us to manage leads, accounts and opportunities with ease and create useful reports and dashboards.

As with any Salesforce product, it does require a good understanding of the technical aspects to build some more complex processes that are not supported out of the box.

Management of our customers data, deal management and tracking, as well as lead conversion.
