What do you like best about the product?
Having used and customized Sales Cloud in a variety of organizations, I am in love with the ability to support any number of roles with automation natively in the cloud OR through development. The frequent updates through releases help lead me to better solutions for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
For smaller organizations, the cost can be high u less they migrate several parts of the company to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything. Can I say that?

What do you like best about the product?
Pipeline Inspection is probably the best feature as it really allows management to view the pipeline and how it's changing. It gives immediate indication to positive and negative changes so action can be taken accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take time getting everything in place and your people aligned to the process, but once that's done, it's amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's how we run our business

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud’s robust reporting and analytics capabilities, which provide valuable insights for decision-making. Its customizable dashboards and ease of integration with third-party applications are also significant strengths.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud can be quite complex to set up and customize, especially for new users. Additionally, the platform’s pricing can be prohibitive for smaller organizations or teams with limited budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps solve problems related to sales process inefficiencies and data management. By centralizing customer information and automating tasks, it improves lead management, enhances sales pipeline visibility, and accelerates deal closures. This results in better collaboration across teams, more informed decision-making, and increased overall productivity. Additionally, its ability to track customer interactions ensures a more personalized customer experience, which helps drive retention and growth.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so highly customizable. We started using SalesCloud to manage our sales process but as a telemedicine company we found so many other ways we could customize and leverage the platform we have now brought in all our credentialing and licensing functions and other operational areas. We are a highly customized business but have been able to leverage the flexibility to build out what we need exactly for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a smaller business getting started can be a bit overwhelming. Salesforce does offer lots of education and support but took us time to build up the skills in our team and not have to rely on a partner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving streamlining our sales processes but so much more. Has helped us get out of business silos and having both sales and operations working in the same system it gives so much more visibility.

Love the ability to easily identify new leads and push them through the sales funnel

It can always be easier to use. And I wish my team would adopt it quicker

I do not like Einstein activity capture and how the data is not stored in SF so reporting is horrendous.
