What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales Cloud has helped us to be faster attending our customers. We now are working with more technology in order to collect our receivables in 9 different countries better and faster.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is extremely flexible and can easily fit your business processes

My biggest hurdle with Sales Cloud is it being too easy to customize. Everyone wants something different

Sales cloud does not bear all the feature of a service or financial services cloud.

Been working in Salesforce Sales Cloud since 2010 and it has integrated tons of functionality while maintaining the platforms flexibility to incorporate unique business practices

Licensing can be to challenging to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's flexibility. We are a nonprofit that primarily does fee for service contacts that do not follow a basic sales process.
Fast and scalable solutions within Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
It is very scalable to the UI and user experience with automation, colors, paths etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing it's very customizable, maybe the need for LWC and Apex to enhance the components on Lightning app builder

Sales Cloud has changed the way our sales teams work together
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud provided us with a highly customizable platform that allowed us to bring all of our businesses onto one unified CRM for the first time. We were able to implement custom sales process for each group that have allowed us to have a clearer picture of all customer interactions and provide our sales teams with better cross selling opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing that comes to mind.

It has allowed all of our sales teams to be on the same CRM platform for the first time.
