It's salesy and it works well..I love it.

It's hosted on Salesforce.com which is not Microsoft

I have had a great experience using this for my team. Tracker and managing oops have become so seamless.

I have noncomplaints as of yet, but will provide one in the future if applicable.

My teams able to track leads and donations using opportunity. Before they were working out of google sheets and excel docs.

Nothing I dislike. We are happy with it.

Sales Cloud helps solve the problem of managing and tracking sales pipelines by providing reporting and insights. It enables better decision-making by keeping track of opportunities, automating processes, and offering a clear view of sales performance.

I love that our sales team and leaders have one location where they can comprehensively conduct their business.

The user experience can be a challenge at times and require some customization.

Wish there were further branding options - it often looks like Salesforce to the end user

I have seen the Salesforce Sales Cloud innovation for the past 20 years
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is constantly innovating to keep up with the demands of their clients with technical upgrades and forward think future components.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if it's a downside because of their adaptations of being on top of what their clients need but you have to be agile to know what is happening in major releases and keep up with your skills.

Automation of filling in fields, work flow rules, email alerts
