The key to unlock efficiency gains was centralization and integration. Sales Reps can access everything they need to drive sales on a single window, compared to using 7 applications and multiple spreadsheets. The team is happy and engaged, with high adoption rates.

The team feels the interface could be even more streamlined and decluttered to remove distractions and encourage focus.

I love sales cloud! It's very easy to administer.

I think it's more on the tech debt that we have and it involves duplicates. But that's more on historical tech debt of the company.
