Best CRM there ever has been
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce ability to manage constituents, setup automations and scale for future development is by far the best. Other CRMs cannot compete.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a very robust platform and might. E too much for small businesses or simple use cases.

Managing our contacts, organizations and our interactions with them.

It keeps all of your data in one place and there's no business requirement it cannot solve for.

To get the most out of it you'll either need to be ready to learn, hire a certified admin, or pay for a contractor.

Forecasting Stage Percentages should be able to be edited without deleting them.

How flexible it is! I've been implementing Salesforce for 14 years with 50+ clients and it can be customized for endless number of use cases.
