What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is the mother of all other clouds! It gives content and the baseline for new features for every aspect of Sales a company will need!

All other SKUs that are marginally needed are branded as a new add on!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the core business need of making our services and products available for sale and tracking efficacy of our products through analytics if the sale volume!

What benefits us the most is the practicality when choosing the commercial offer for our clients. Its CPQ module allows us to personalize the experience and provide an alternative for each user.

The limitation in the 360 vision relating it to other clouds and/or products

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to automate and to track progress of your deals in Sales Cloud. I like how it can easily integrate with third party apps and now it is also AI powered so you can use AI for your data
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the downside is the cost of the Sales Cloud. I don't think small sized companies can afford Sales cloud for their purposes

Salesforce helps us to fully track our sales lifecycle and it also good for us in terms of integrating with 3rd party apps
