What do you like best about the product?
I've used Salesforce Sales Cloud for a variety of industries. Each one presented it's own problems, all of which were solved using the customizable Sales Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
So much to learn! This isn't technically a bad thing. Salesforce rolls put updates three times each year. Enhancements and new features add to you ROI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now work at a medical staffing company. Sales Cloud helps with tracking recruits from referral/prospect through job placement.

What do you like best about the product?
The low code no code solution allows me to quickly adjust the platform for our sales teams showing is to streamline and standardize their processes

There are some features we're hoping for like dynamic events lex pages

What do you like best about the product?
It's super intuitive and the options within the Salesforce universe (connection to Marketing Cloud) are massive! Plus Agentforce, will be a massive gamechanger that will help us be more efficient and do better sales.

Only that my colleagues should use it more! So just a real human deficit

Price could be high for some folks, so think it twice.

What do you like best about the product?
The Sales Cloud platform is the flagship Salesforce product for a reason. It encourages high performance, collaboration, and excellence in customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sales Cloud is scalable and flexible to implement in organizations of all sizes, it not easily customizable to unique business processes. A key missing component is the ability to generate live revenue reporting.

Case handling, account assignment and activity tracking
