Sales cloud is amazing product to manage all sales operations end to end without need any customizations and best tool for any company no matter of the size of segment or industry or etc...

Sales cloud is totaly amazing tool, I cannot say anything I don't like

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful is pipeline and forecasting. It's a great tool for our project managers all the way up to C-suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are there are not many customizations for construction companies. Lots of customizations nedded

What do you like best about the product?
The options to track pipelines efficiently for accounts in a seamless way and have that data visualised through Tableau is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the new features do not come out of the box and require lot of add on purchases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking account pipelines, lead and opportunity management, using it for business health reviews.
