What do you like best about the product?
This is the original Cloud that made Salesforce such a behemoth in the CRM space. For a small company this is likely the best Cloud with which to start in the CRM space and begin growing your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce themselves realized the shortcomings of Sales Cloud by creating industry specific Clouds that provide out of the box functionality that is more specific to each industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing our sales teams to keep track of their customer and contact data.

Highly customizable, allowing businesses to tailor workflows, fields, and processes to their needs. Integrates with many third-party tools and other Salesforce products.

Complexity: Steep learning curve for new users, especially when customizing the platform.

Sales Cloud provides our team with real-time insights into the sales pipeline, helping us prioritize deals and track performance against targets.

Sales Cloud enables further aggregation of data outside of the traditional on prem setup.

With a tool as lofty as sales cloud, it can be fairly difficult to learn and engage with.
