The initial setup and customization sometimes require a steep learning curve, especially for teams without prior Salesforce experience. Additionally, some advanced capabilities depend on paid add-ons, which can increase the total cost of ownership. However, once the system is properly configured, these challenges are outweighed by its long-term efficiency and scalability.

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps us centralize all customer and sales data, eliminating the inefficiencies of managing multiple disconnected systems. It streamlines lead management, automates routine tasks, and provides real-time visibility into pipeline health and team performance. With automation and analytics, we can focus more on building relationships rather than chasing administrative work. As a result, productivity has increased, and forecasting accuracy has significantly improved.

Sales cloud has done a great job at analyzing the marketing to sales cloud funnel. In our org, we've created marketing interactions to identify which tactics have led to sales conversions. This has helped identify which campaign tactics/touchpoints have successfully led to a conversion.

Wish there were greater capabilities on campaigns to filter views - active/not active, date, child campaign, etx
