What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Salesforce sales cloud for about 3 years now. Absolutely love the functionality that it provides with the infinite expansion and possibilities available for additional growth. Marcel's process is constantly evolving and changing and to be locked into a single style of selling is very prohibitive for us. So Salesforce is ability to constantly evolve and change as we grow and evolve is extremely invaluable to us as a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time it takes implement changes and the cost to do so. Unless you have a dedicated in-house Salesforce admin, many of the major changes and updates need to be implemented by third-party partner which can balloon and cost if not managed well and properly scoped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to see whatever data we need to see along with the ability to grow with us as a company.

Sales cloud offers you one stop shop for all of your customer relationship management data!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like having duplicate data in a database so I wish everyone would use Salea Cloud.

Since cloud is a one slop shop for all of our data.

It is beneficial in manage to teach opportunities and follow up. Provides good dashboard for management's

Reminders, account summaries, next best actions are all vital to the ability to spend more quality times with potential customers. Integrated zoom calls with AI summaries are the very best.

Wish there were a more readily a ailanle way to read ROI.
