Easy to use so remove all barriers of using a CRM solution and can be customized fairly easily.

Not being able to directly access the UAT environment or Trailheads from my company Salesforce account (having to sign in separately)

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Salesforce Maps is its complexity in setup and configuration. It can be time-consuming to fully customize maps, territories, and routes to fit specific business needs. Additionally, while it offers great features, the cost can be high, especially for smaller teams or businesses. The interface, though functional, could be more user-friendly, and occasionally, real-time data syncing can lag, which affects field operations.
