What do you like best about the product?
Through Sales Cloud, our team was able to increase productivity of the sales reps.

Not smooth integration with our existing tech stack.

What do you like best about the product?
Self-service, flexibility with great reporting capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside verse other CRMs solutions. As with any tools there are twists and turns.

It is helping our sellers work more efficiently and provide visibility across the org into key commercial conversations.

Support is not always what we World expect bit at the end of the day things are solved

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many capabilities that most sales teams are not using. If you don't set it up correctly, it will have reporting downstream affects. It provides executives the data they need and the visibility for them to make critical decisions. Users will love it IF their opinions and processes are incorporated into Sales Cloud. I have not seen another product with as much capabilities

Some of the features are limited and I would want the product team to improve on them.
