Internal sales activities can be unified.

License fee is a cost for each organization.

Since there are a lot of products, it can get confusing to know where to start.

Salesforce sales cloud is the basic foundation of any business and it is best ever in any CRM platform.

Nothing, basically it has all foundation functionality required for a business

What do you like best about the product?
I love sales cloud! It's very easy to administer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's more on the tech debt that we have and it involves duplicates. But that's more on historical tech debt of the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us store our client information.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of customization and loaded with features. You also get access to the platform and can use it to implement any business process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no read-only license. Some additional features are only available at additional costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing sales pipeline and revenue forecasting.

What do you like best about the product?
After 25 years, most sales professionals either love or hate Sales Cloud/Salesforce. I am on the "love it" side and have personally experienced how Sales Cloud supercharged our sales. The biggest, and sometimes overlooked benefit of Sales Cloud is just how extensive the integrations are. This is what enabled us to set up cadences and automations based on an external database that resulted in multiple contract wins.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very customizable which is both good and bad as less than skilled users can run into some rabbit holes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scale our sales and business processes with ease
