The ability to configure profiles, mandate fields and ensure that lead to revenue is in support of our future growth.

Lack of adoption from my internal organization.

We use sales cloud at AG1 for our partners and influencers! We love the fun, user-friendly platform and the ability to customize sales cloud to meet our business needs ☺️

Nothing! As someone who manages a lot of applications and systems, sales cloud definitely has me spoiled 😂

What do you like best about the product?
I always like how Salesforce is continuing to innovate and add more value. Valuations of Salesforce needs to include current and future possibilities
What do you dislike about the product?
Unexpected pricing and lack of followup on small IdeaXchange items. Many frustrating "argh Salesforce" items that have been opened for years
