What do you like best about the product?
Love the way I can customize everything and it's really user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the permissions are created is a lot confusing but better to have more ways to customize permissions than less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to have a central location for all the information for accounts and being able to relate to different contacts to multiple groups.

Most helpful -- it's an empty slate with so many ways to build to your specific organization
Upside - you have capabilities to customize it however you like

Not much guidance . You need to be trained on the tool.

It is useful for Sales and Sales Enablement. Sales Cloud has increased the productivity of our Sales teams.

User adoption is sometimes difficult but most have warmed up to the idea of using the platform.

Sales Clouds aids in providing data points useful for the sales process, as well as helping to build and manage relationships with our customers.
