What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has enabled our small business to grow faster. We were able to create a single source of truth for our customers to better serve their needs. By creating custom objects we can collect and store the data we need to provide better service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve and it takes time to enter your customer data into sales cloud, but once you start that process it has become an invaluable tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to customize Sales Cloud and collect the customer data that is unique to our business. It has become the collective brain for our entire organization.
