What do you like best about the product?
Setting the sales team up for success by providing guided work flows
What do you dislike about the product?
It's getting better, but the initial configuration to get the system setup can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing duplicate data entry, enabling on- boarding of new sales personnel quicker.

All your Sales Data in One Spot

What do you like best about the product?
With using Sales Cloud our sales team is able to keep all their sales data in one location. From leads to opportunities to orders, our account managers are able to stay in one spot while working their deals. And then our Sales Leadership is able to review all the data for their whole team.
We are learning more and more of what we can do with Sales Cloud each day, there are so many new features added we are able to continue to develop how our team can sell.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish that Sales Cloud connected into our email clients more seamlessly without needing an extra vendor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all our data in one spot

What do you like best about the product?
Using Salesforce sales cloud allows for easy data tracking & record keeping!
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I can't highlight any downsides as I haven't experienced any.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SF Cloud allows for us to keep historical records and ease of access of info.

What do you like best about the product?
We've used Salesforce Sales Cloud for almost 11 years. There is continuous innovation, which helps us keep up with new tech innovations. The platform is easy to configure, customize and develop in. There are multiple channels and resources to learn, from beginner to advanced, but my favorite is the community.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is that the pricing/licensing can sometimes be overwhelming. Bit again, that's where the community can be a huge help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Salesforce to support the student lifecycle, from first hand raise through Alumni engagement.

Love Sale Engagement Feature

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud allowed our organization to sunset Salesloft by enabling Sales Engagement within Sales Cloud. The work queue keeps our Sales and SDR teams oganized and on track. All activity is logged automatically and in real time! We also turned on Einstine Activity capture and lead, opportunity scoring
What do you dislike about the product?
The restrictions around Activity 360 being able to report on activity done within Sales Cloud components have been a hurdle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to sunset an outside resources, Salesloft with Sales Engagement. Real time and automatic logging of Sales activity and task management

Everything is in one place so that everyone can see it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The need for licenses to view reports for people not in SF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How our users can see their sales. It benefits me by allowing us to provide better reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
As a company in the early stages of implementing Sales Cloud CRM, our initial experience has been quite positive. Sales Cloud offers a robust set of features designed to streamline our sales processes and enhance productivity. The user interface is intuitive, making it relatively easy for our team to get up to speed

Despite the user-friendly design, there has been a learning curve as we familiarize ourselves with all the functionalities
