What do you like best about the product?
The entries sales lifecycle from prospecting to cross selling is at our sales teams fingers tips. Easy and intelligible reporting and management governance all from a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the easiest application for start up from the ground, but once installed it is very easy to manange.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centhalized sales pipeline and reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Maps has helped our Sales Teams increase their effectiveness and efficiency when they are trying to figure out which customer to visit. Which then leads to happier team members and customers as the right ones are getting attention when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently have no dislikes about this product.

It quickly allows the Sales Teams to plan their routes and customers to visit easily.

I love I can do almost anything on cutomization . I can automate
Notifications and mails on triggers
What do you dislike about the product?
Edition limits. Professional and pro suite should have http call out functionality and minimum 10 flows

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud empowers corporate sales teams with the power to collaborate on deals and track their sales pipeline in real time. The reporting and dashboarding capabilities are powerful and continue to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see Salesforce improve its nature pipeline forecasting tools to compete better with tools such as Clari.

What do you like best about the product?
Before Salesforce (sales cloud), our CRM usage was minimal due to enormous tech debt and poor UX. With Salesforce, we've been able to provide leadership with meaningful pipeline data, and saved hundreds of hours in people's time across the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some really helpful features are upsells.

Pipeline visibility, data integrity, and improved business processes.
