All of our members data are neatly organized and easily accessible

The data! I love to be able to take the pipeline data, event data and create reports for my leaders.

I wish it was a bit more flexible to allow for various pricing of products.

This text is already in English and does not require translation. It describes a tool that functions as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and pipeline management system.
Migrating to a fresh new Org
What do you like best about the product?
Using out of the box functions for the linkages between Accounts and Contacts and Opportunities to streamline our sales operations. Our legacy org had a lot of technical debt so going into a greenfield environment is a breath of fresh air.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the standard usability doesn't always flow in the best way for users. For example forcing users to go back to the Account page to create Contacts instead of being able to add them from the Contact Roles in the Opportunity when none are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single pane of glass for our customer and prospects to find whitespace.

What do you like best about the product?
Having been at companies with other or homegrown solutions, sales cloud is the best one size fits all option for data management and user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data backup should be included, rather than having to pay for a third party vendor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing our sales and support and other teams, in a unified system. Everybody being able to see what everyone else has been working on has been wonderful.
Sales Cloud CRM is top notch
What do you like best about the product?
Love the fact that it's intuitive and, when implemented with best practices in mind, is extremely powerful. Sales teams with proper training can use this to close deals fast. Easy to automate and AI features rolling out are incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely hard to implement with a smaller team. There's some features I wish were included with base cost but I understand the business model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a one stop shop for managing our business. I like that so many tools integrate quite easily with it and we can expand or consolidate as necessary. Opportunity forecasting is outstanding.

The ability to combine account contact and case information all in one easy to use place has greatly improved our sellers ability to deliver quality to our customers.

It's a bit costly when moving from an in-house solution which was a hard sell to the business, however ability to find talent to support it is worth it

What do you like best about the product?
It has been great brining the sales cloud CRM to our team! They work faster and have the information in their fingertips to make valuable conversations with their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only one thing that I would like to see improved is the UI. There is a lot of waste space that can be used. If there is way to allow custom views of related records it would be great!

Providing customer 360 view. It provides our team a wholistic view of the customer and their opportunities
